Andrew Roberts has presented a 318-page report to the British Parliament on Hamas’s extensive atrocities in Israel on October 7, 2023. The report was prepared under the auspices of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for UK-Israel. The report can be accessed and downloaded here. The report’s executive summary is posted here.
In a column for the Spectator Roberts explains “Why we wrote the October 7 parliamentary report.” The Foundation for Defense of Democracies quotes Roberts to the effect that the report “comprehensively disproves” the claim that Hamas had attacked only military targets, “showing that the moment that Hamas managed to prevent the IDF from counterattacking, it got down to what it had really set out to do all along: slaughtering Israelis.”
