Cory Booker’s Strange Tweet About Incendiary Words and Arson Against Josh Shapiro – RedState

Democrats really have no shame and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) just proved it, big time.

He tweeted out something that sounds like an attempted attack on “leaders” and their incendiary language.

The attack on Josh Shapiro and his family did not happen in a vacuum.

Incendiary rhetoric, purposeful disinformation — it all helped lead to this hateful and destructive act. Leaders need to be conscious of their words having consequences.

Let’s inspire people to use their voice, make their case, but never feel that violence is a just or necessary action.

So if Booker is trying to blame the right here, that’s just ridiculous. The guy who allegedly set fire to Shapiro’s home reportedly targeted Shapiro over the treatment of “Palestinians.”

According to the NY Post, there were multiple left-wing anti-capitalist posts on his Facebook page.

Yes, whipping up anti-Israel hatred by people on the left has created a lot of harm, and that’s why people on the left should stop doing it.

It’s not the right whipping up any incendiary language against Shapiro.

Is Booker admitting that the left has been behind disinformation to inspire hatred? We see it constantly — it’s gone on for decades and contributed to things like the GOP baseball practice shooting. The latest iteration — besides the anti-Israel crew — is the Tesla terrorism and the lies about Elon Musk. Has Booker spoken against the Tesla terrorism or the “incendiary rhetoric” against Musk? I think I missed that.

Then too, maybe Booker should pay attention to his own language, as some pointed out.

There was the comment he made about feeling like his “testosterone” sometimes makes him feel like punching Trump:

But that would be bad because Trump was “elderly,” Booker said.

Then what is Booker saying here?

Townhall’s Katie Pavlich asked him, “Who did the attacking?”

But I didn’t see a response from Booker. Something tells me he can’t really answer that without going even more off the rails than he already is here.

Maybe he wants to speak with some of the members of his own party who have been whipping up the anti-Israel actions and/or saying antisemitic things? Or does he want to pretend ignorance of the problem here? Maybe he should ask why some on the left didn’t want Shapiro to be the VP running mate for 2024?
