Kemi Badenoch has branded a video showing a Sudanese man dancing in a hotel room as “a disgrace” to Britain’s asylum system.
The Conservative leader expressed outrage after viewing footage of the man celebrating in what was described as “rather smart” accommodation.
“It’s not what the asylum system is for,” Badenoch declared firmly. “It is not there so that economic migrants from all over the world can come in and live off the British state.”
“Taxpayers in this country, hard working men and women are paying for that. That is not right.”
